PKR 777 Terms and Conditions – Rules That Protect Every Pakistani Player

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "you") and PKR 777 ("we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing the PKR 777 website at pkr777.run, creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the PKR 777 platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

Account Registration

To use the betting and gaming services offered by PKR 777, you must register for a member account. Registration is free and open to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, either with PKR 777 or through any responsible gaming scheme.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity in connection with your PKR 777 account.
• You have not previously held a PKR 777 account that was suspended or permanently closed for violations of these Terms.

One Account Policy: Each person may hold exactly one PKR 777 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or under false identities — is a serious breach of these Terms. PKR 777 employs detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where multiple accounts are discovered, all accounts will be closed and any balance or winnings may be forfeited.

You are responsible for the accuracy of all information provided during registration. PKR 777 is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate account details. You must update your account information promptly if any details change.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PKR 777 login credentials. Never share your password with another person. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately. PKR 777 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access that results from your failure to maintain credential security.

Identity Verification (KYC)

PKR 777 is required to verify the identity of its members as part of its anti-money laundering obligations and responsible gaming commitments. This process — commonly referred to as Know Your Customer or KYC — may be triggered at registration, at any withdrawal request, or at any point where PKR 777 deems verification necessary.

When requested, you must provide the following documentation promptly:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of your Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) showing your full name, date of birth, and CNIC number.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document confirming your residential address in Pakistan.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or confirmation from your Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, or bank account confirming the account holder name matches your PKR 777 registration.

Documents must be clear, unedited, and unexpired. Submission of fraudulent or altered documents is a criminal matter and will be reported to relevant authorities. PKR 777 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals — but not deposits — while verification is pending. Accounts where verification cannot be completed within 30 days of the request may be restricted or closed.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions at PKR 777 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following methods are supported for both deposits and withdrawals: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. PKR 777 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or standard withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your PKR 777 account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum deposit is Rs 200. PKR 777 does not accept deposits from third parties — funds must originate from an account or mobile wallet registered in your own name.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed during business hours (Monday to Saturday, 09:00–22:00 PKT). Standard processing time is two to five minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash; IBFT bank transfers may take up to two business hours. Withdrawals are paid to the same method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. Minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. No maximum withdrawal limit applies to verified accounts, subject to fraud screening.

Withdrawal Conditions: Before a withdrawal can be processed, you must have wagered the full deposit amount at least once on real-money bets. This prevents the platform from being used as a payment processing route. Funds received as bonuses are subject to their own wagering requirements before withdrawal.

Dormant Accounts: If your PKR 777 account has had no log-in activity for 12 consecutive months and holds a positive balance, a monthly administration fee of Rs 100 will be applied until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. You will receive email and SMS notifications before any fees are applied.

Betting Rules and Settlement

All bets placed on PKR 777 are subject to these Terms and to the specific rules applicable to the sport, market, and event type. Where specific rules apply — for example to PSL cricket markets, Premier League football, or live casino games — those rules are accessible within the relevant section of the platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Bet Acceptance: A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed by the PKR 777 system and a bet reference number has been issued. In exceptional circumstances — including but not limited to technical errors, incorrect odds published due to a data feed error, or obvious pricing mistakes — PKR 777 reserves the right to void a bet before or after settlement. Members will be notified if their bet is voided and the stake will be returned in full.

Maximum Stakes and Winnings: PKR 777 applies maximum stake and maximum payout limits that vary by sport, market, and event. Current limits are displayed at the time of bet placement on the betslip. PKR 777 reserves the right to restrict maximum stakes on specific markets or for specific members where unusual betting patterns are detected.

In-Play Betting: In-play bets on PKR 777 are subject to the same rules as pre-match bets, with the additional condition that the platform may decline to accept in-play bets during certain match situations — for example when a goal has been scored but not yet displayed in live data, or when a wicket has just fallen in a cricket match. This is a standard industry practice to protect against information advantages. Any bets accepted in error during these windows may be voided.

Result Disputes: All results on PKR 777 are based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body of the sport. In cases where the official result is subsequently overturned — for example, a match result changed by cricket's anti-corruption authorities — PKR 777 will re-settle affected bets accordingly. Disputes must be raised within 30 days of settlement by contacting our support team.

Abandonment and Voids: If a sports event is abandoned before completion, PKR 777 will settle bets according to the rules specific to that sport. For cricket, if fewer than the required number of overs are bowled and no Duckworth-Lewis result is declared, match bets are voided and stakes returned. For football, if a match is abandoned after 90 minutes of play, the result at abandonment stands for settlement purposes.

Bonuses and Promotions

PKR 777 offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion.

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, and per payment method. Attempts to claim multiple instances of the same bonus through different accounts will result in forfeiture of all bonus amounts and may result in account suspension.
• All bonuses require a minimum wagering turnover before withdrawal is permitted. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only, not to the deposit.
• Only bets placed at the minimum odds specified in the promotion terms contribute to wagering requirements. Void, cancelled, or cashed-out bets do not contribute.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
• PKR 777 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that bets already accepted under a promotion are honoured under the terms in force at the time of acceptance.
• Where PKR 777 has reasonable grounds to believe a bonus has been claimed in bad faith — including through the use of a VPN, through coordinated activity across multiple accounts, or through systematic exploitation of promotional terms — the bonus and any associated winnings may be voided.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on PKR 777 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and winnings, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

1. Match Fixing and Corruption: Placing bets on any event where you have knowledge of, or are involved in, any attempt to improperly influence the outcome. PKR 777 cooperates fully with all national and international sports integrity bodies.
2. Arbitrage Betting: Systematic exploitation of price discrepancies between PKR 777 and other betting platforms to guarantee profit regardless of outcome. PKR 777 reserves the right to void bets and restrict accounts where arbitrage activity is detected.
3. Bonus Abuse: Any coordinated or systematic effort to claim bonuses beyond their intended purpose, including through the creation of multiple accounts.
4. Money Laundering: Using your PKR 777 account to deposit and withdraw funds without genuine wagering intent, for the purpose of obscuring the origin of funds or processing payments on behalf of third parties.
5. Account Sharing: Allowing another person to access or use your PKR 777 account in any capacity, whether for betting, depositing, withdrawing, or any other purpose.
6. Automated Betting: Using software, bots, or automated scripts to place bets or interact with the PKR 777 platform in any way not provided by the platform's own tools.
7. Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks through your bank or payment provider for genuine transactions. All chargebacks are investigated thoroughly and fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate account closure and recovery of funds through legal means.

Responsible Gaming

PKR 777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing gambling-related harm among its Pakistani membership. We take these obligations seriously and have built a comprehensive set of player protection tools directly into the platform.

Available Self-Restriction Tools:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits can be set from your account settings and take effect immediately when reduced. Increases to deposit limits require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: You can set a maximum duration for each session, after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of how long you have been logged in and how much you have wagered in that session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary exclusion from all PKR 777 services for a period of your choosing (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 months).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or long-term exclusion from all PKR 777 services. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the minimum exclusion period of 6 months. PKR 777 will not market to you during any self-exclusion period.

PKR 777 also conducts its own monitoring of betting patterns. Where we identify behaviour consistent with problem gambling — including escalating bets following significant losses, irregular session lengths, or communications that suggest distress — we may contact the member proactively or apply protective restrictions to the account. Intellectual Property

All content on the PKR 777 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, betting markets, odds data, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of PKR 777 or its licensors. Nothing in your use of the platform grants you any ownership rights or licence to reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any PKR 777 intellectual property.

You may not use the PKR 777 name, logo, or branding in connection with any third-party product, service, or website without our express written permission. Unauthorised use of PKR 777 intellectual property may be subject to legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PKR 777 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of winnings or profits resulting from a technical failure, communication network disruption, or software error on the platform.
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from your use of the PKR 777 platform.
• Losses arising from delays in processing withdrawals caused by your payment provider or the banking system.
• Losses arising from the voluntary use of cash-out functionality at a value lower than the ultimate settlement value of the bet.
• Any decision to accept, decline, or void a bet in accordance with these Terms.

PKR 777's total liability to any individual member in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the value of the bet or transaction to which the incident relates. This limitation applies regardless of the legal basis for any claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Privacy and Data Protection

PKR 777 collects and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering for a PKR 777 account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data processing activities at PKR 777 include:

• Account management and identification verification.
• Processing of deposits, withdrawals, and bet settlements.
• Detection and prevention of fraud, money laundering, and prohibited activities.
• Responsible gaming monitoring and player protection interventions.
• Communication of important account notices, including changes to these Terms.

PKR 777 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers only as necessary to operate the platform and fulfil legal obligations. Account Suspension and Closure

Voluntary Closure: You may close your PKR 777 account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, any pending bets will be settled in the normal course and any verified balance above Rs 500 will be refunded to your registered payment method.

Suspension by PKR 777: We reserve the right to suspend or close any account — with or without prior notice — in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match fixing involvement.
• Chargebacks raised against PKR 777 transactions that are subsequently confirmed as fraudulent.
• Behaviour towards PKR 777 staff or other members that is abusive, threatening, or harassing.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, PKR 777 reserves the right to retain any balance or winnings generated in connection with the breaching behaviour. Where account closure is for administrative reasons unrelated to member conduct, any positive balance will be returned within five business days.

Amendments to These Terms

PKR 777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will provide at least 7 days' notice via email to your registered address and via a prominent notice on the platform homepage. Non-material changes — such as grammatical corrections or clarifications that do not affect your rights — may be made without prior notice.

The date of the most recent update is shown at the top of this page. If you disagree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of PKR 777 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by applicable international gaming law and the internal regulations of PKR 777's licensing jurisdiction. In the event of a dispute between you and PKR 777, we ask that you first contact our support team and allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter informally.

All disputes must initially be raised by email to support@pkr777.run, clearly describing the nature of the dispute and the resolution sought. PKR 777 will acknowledge all disputes within 48 hours and aim to reach a resolution within 10 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, it may be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism of our licensing regulator. PKR 777 will cooperate fully with any such process.
